Elementary I: Faculty

Sr. Mary Motz, SND

Mary is certified in Early Childhood and Elementary I-II and is the Curriculum Coordinator for MMTTC's Elementary program and instructor for the Geometry curriculum. Mary is an experienced public and private Montessori school Directress and has many years of experience in teacher training. Mary is the mentor for the Elementary staff and she is the Instructor for the final two weeks of the academic program in the second summer.

Sharon Tobolski

Sharon received her Elementary I certification from MMTTC and also has Montessori Elementary certification from the St. Nicholas Training Center, London, England. Sharon is an experience Montessori Elementary teacher at the Montessori School of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Sharon teaches Geography / History and Language at MMTTC.

Louise Kunert

Louise received her Early Childhood and Elementary I certification from MMTTC. She has been Director of two Montessori schools and along with her husband, Michael, has directed MMTTC since 1989. Louise is the Director of Education for MMTTC and she
teaches Montessori philosophy.

Dr. W. Michael Kunert

Dr. Kunert, the Administrative Director of MMTTC, lectures on Montessori philosophy. He also presents workshops on personal and professional development. Dr. Kunert holds the Montessori Administrator certification.

Suzanne Richards

Suzanne is currently the Elementary Head Teacher at the Bruno Montessori Academy in Birmingham AL. Certified in Elementary I, Suzanne teaches Natural Science at MMTTC.

Laurie Schauf

Laurie received her Elementary I certification from MMTTC and she teaches Mathematics. Laurie is an Elementary I teacher at Lakeview Montessori Public School in Sparta, Wisconsin.
