Penny Cichucki M. Ed

Secondary I - Director of Secondary Curriculum
Early Childhood, Elementary I-II, Secondary I-II Montessori certification with more then 20 years of experience as head of school and teaching. She is presently on the Board of the American Montessori Society. Penny is also the head of school of Crystal Lake Montessori School.

W. Michael Kunert Ph.D

Dr. Kunert holds the AMS Montessori Administrative Cerfitification. He lectures on the Montessori philosophy and physical education and gives an in-service workshop on personal and professional development. Dr. Kunert has experience working in business as a management consultant and as the administrator and head coach of the Big Ten Soccer Program at Northwestern University.

Gwen Harris

Gwen Harris is certified in Early Childhood, Elementary I-II and Secondary I. Gwen has Montessori teaching experience in Early Childhood and Elementary I/II and she is presently teaching in Secondary I at Crystal Lake Montessori School.

She also acts as a consultant for MMTTC students.
